Career:
Retired after 31 years of Federal service in 1987 as Deputy Director
for Aircraft Carrier maintenance and modernization at Naval Sea Systems
Command, Wash DC. Then retired a second time in 2002 as Chief
Scientist, Applied Technical Systems, Silverdale, WA. directing
design and development of software for automated concept mining and
intelligence analysis.
Masonic Lodges: Raised to Master Mason on May 29th, 2001 and is a life
member in Wm. H. Upton Naval and Military Lodge No. 206 F&AM, Bremerton,
WA; affiliated life member of Port Orchard Lodge No. 98
F&AM, Port
Orchard, WA.; Master of Wm. H. Upton Naval & Mil.
Lodge No. 206
in 2006-07 and is presently Victory Memorial Masonic Temple Board V.P.
and Chairman of the Temple Board House Committee.
Grand Lodge Activities:
Member of the GL Technology Committee and is the GL Librarian for Branch
Library No. 7. Grand Master’s Achievement Award, 2008.
Other Masonic Organizations:
32nd Degree Life Member Scottish Rite Mason, Bremerton Valley and Knight Commander Court of Honor. Nile Shriner, Past Director of Nile Shrine Clubs West, and Past President of Kitsap County Shrine Club. Member of Eastern Star, Port Orchard, WA. President of National Sojourners Sinclair Inlet No. 80 - 2008-09. Webmaster for various Masonic organizations.
