Master Masons of the five lodges comprising District 11 meet monthly to coordinate events throughout the district, to avoid conflict in scheduling events, share resources, and to plan district wide events. Officers are elected in November and serve a term of one year. All Master Masons are welcome to attend and a friendly rivalry exists at each meeting to bragging rights for the most attending from their lodge.

Regional Leadership Workshop 8 AM to 5 PM, Saturday, May 3, 2008 at the Bremerton Masonic Temple On Grand Masters Schedule |
This leadership workshop presented by the Grand Lodge Leadership Training Committee, and sponsored by the Bremerton Valley of Scottish Rite, is a full day event, primarily for Districts 3, 11, and 12, but as in the past, open to all Masons and concordant bodies. |

Outdoor First Degree - Fourth Saturday in August 10 AM on Saturday, August 23, 2008 at Quilcene On Grand Masters Schedule |
The Fourth Saturday in August in the Outdoor Lodge Room at Quilcene-Jefferson Lodge No. 107 at 170 Herbert Street in Quilcene. The presiding officer rotates among the district lodges and all chairs are filled by sitting Masters and Officers, or Past Masters of the lodges. The degree usually commences at 10 AM with lunch following. Although ladies and non-Masonic guests do not attend the degree, they are welcome in the fellowship hall and are always invited to luncheon. |

District 11 Meeting and Reception of the Grand Master 7 PM on Friday, October 3 2008 at Quilcene Mt Olympus 298 is host |
The Third Friday in October (modified for 2008) is set aside for the District Meeting and Reception of the Grand Master, with the host lodge rotating and selecting the venue. Almost all of the lodges have adequate facilities to host the event, but some feel it best to use the facilities of another lodge for reasons of road conditions, expected weather, or other factors. |
