This presentation was made at the December 22, 2007 DEMA Meeting. All lodges in the district are encouraged to select two to three Pillars of Progress and develop objectives and strategies to achieve progress during 2008. The emphasis is to include not only teh officers, but also individual members in the planning process because it is vital to ensure that whatever plans are laid are in consonance with the organizational culture of the lodge and supported by the brethren.
