  Special Meeting of the Board - Gove Lodge

This is a notice of a special meeting of the Royal A Gove Association at 0900 on February 20th.  The purpose of this meeting is to discuss plans going forward of finishing the Dining room and planning for the new carpet upstairs.  This will include a proposal for the building to borrow money from the Grand Lodge or to pursue bank financing
 
Costco has a sale on our type of chair for 12.99.  We paid 19.95 for them.  Should we buy some replacements?  I'm thinking 30-40 chairs to keep upstairs leaving 100 plus down in our cabinets.  We can still tell the difference by the gum placement.
 
 
We will have definite quotes for everything that we need to see an end to this project including:
 
Completed Floor
Painting of Dining room
Hot water booster - electrical and plumbing
Closets for chairs/band equipment
Change out of counter tops to match kitchen
Cabinets for storage of pots and pans.  Kitchen will no longer have these in stock but each organization will supply own.
 
Remember, the Rainbow Girls will be having their monthly breakfast on this day so come hungry.
