It has been said that each man should have a craft that allows he and his family to survive; a passion that makes life worth living, and a love that gives his life meaning. |

The
Shriners have made Helping Kids and Having Fun their passion,
fueled by the Masonic Principles of Brotherly Love and Friendship.
Welcome To the Nile Shrine Kitsap
Peninsula Shrine Club. We are located West of Puget Sound
in Kitsap County. We are one of the Shrine Clubs chartered by the Nile
Shrine
Center in Mountlake Terrace, Washington. Nile is one of the
191 Shrine
organizations that make up the Ancient Arabic Order of the Mystic
Shrine for North America. The Shrine was started in 1872 by a group of
men belonging to the Masonic Order. It was originally established to
provide fun and fellowship for its members. But as the organization
grew, its members decided to dedicate their efforts to helping others
by establishing an official philanthropy. Twenty two specialized
hospitals have been created to provide expert medical care to children
at no charge.
