FROM THE EAST:
Brother Roy V. Malmassari was inadvertently reported as deceased. He is in fact still with us and I am truly sorry for the mix up. To keep this from happening again, brothers, please keep in contact with the Lodge. We had a very special visitor on our last stated meeting. RW David Owen, Grand Secretary and VW Coe tug along with our VW Bill Warner. They gave us a Mosonic education regarding our Temple Corp and the Lodge Trustees. With this information and a few things I found out before the meeting we are not in compliance with the Grand Lodge by-laws and as such we have several steps to take to get there. First step is the Temple Corp as it is known right now needs to stop until we can get a few legal items taken care of, then we can proceed once we are in compliance with Grand Lodge. The board will receive more information from the WM directly regarding this situation.
We are still going to have the bake off on Saturday the 28th of April. I am thinking about 5-530pm start time.
There will be a district wide one day conferral on May 19 starting at 8am and finishing around 4-5pm. Place TBD. More info in next Trestleboard.
A Fellowcraft degree is scheduled for April 19, 2007. We will have a Ham dinner at 6pm and work will begin at 7pm.
