Meeting for Mar 6, 2007 Opened at 7:35 p.m. Attendees: WM Robert Woods, Bros: Norm Parkinson (President), Mark Goodwin, Ronald Woods, Jim Rowe, Kenny Cason, Jonathan Seaton, Richard Tobian, and Chris Collins. 1. WM Robert Woods presented quote for the lights replacement for our tenant and it was within our guidelines for cost. Replacement will be started after new lease is signed. 2. Norman Parkinson briefed us on the lease negotiations. The structure is pretty much finalized. Each clause was considered and agreed to and all terms of the final document approved. Insurance clauses need to be added. 3. Replacing the stair treads on the main staircase has been tabled for now. 4. The next Temple Corp Meeting will be on Apr 3, 2007. At Norman Parkinson’s house. 5. A special meeting was called on Thursday Mar 15th for a presentation by WBro Fred Wolfstone regarding commercial leases and our liabilities as a Corp. The meeting was very informative and the board voted unanimously to have the new lease agreement with our tenant drafted by a Real Estate attorney. Rich Tobian is to contact an attorney and have the terms of the lease as agreed to by the Board re-drafted. The expected  cost is up to $500. 6. Documents have been found which show a covenant stating the building owners on the East side of the Lodge are responsible for any leakage on that wall as a condition of attaching there roof to the Lodge wall.
