Meeting for Apr 3, 2007 Opened at 7:45 p.m. Attendees: Bros: Norm Parkinson (President), Mark Goodwin, Ronald Woods, Jim Rowe, Kenny Cason, Jonathan Seaton, and Chris Collins. Excused, WM Robert Woods, Richard Tobian 1. Everything is on hold until we come into compliance with Grand Lodge directives. 2. The lease is pretty much finalized. Each clause was considered and agreed to and all terms of the final document approved. Lease is waiting at real estate attorney ( Rich for action)for Insurance clauses to be added after completion of #1. 3. The next Temple Corp Meeting will be on May 1, 2007. at the lodge. This is a critical meeting (ref #1) and all members need to attend. 4. Still waiting for report on east wall repairs and the covenant stating the building owners on the East side of the Lodge are responsible for any leakage on that wall as a condition of attaching there roof to the Lodge wall. Robert Woods for action. 5. By laws should be completed by end of month and submitted to Grand Lodge. Ron for action. 6. Repairs on inside front window should be completed by next meeting.
