New Business: Worship Full Grand Master will be here next stated meeting so practice was brought up and discussed.

Degree work and practice for it was discussed.

Lodge of sorrow closed for 2011, and open for 2012 by Worshipful Master Bill Clark

Worshipful Master Bill Clark Presented Worshipful Brother Tom Phillips His Past Masters apron.

Lewis Jewel was presented to Brother Jim Swanson
