Meeting for June 6th, 2006 Attendees: WM Jim Rowe, Bros: John Glazier, Don Trombley, Mark Goodwin, Ernie Jenner, Jonathan Seaton, Richard Tobian, (Absent: Ronald Woods, Kenny Cason). 1. Windows: The paneling is back in place. The inside storm windows need to be cleaned and re-installed. Bros John Glazier and Bro Ernie Jenner are going to get a man-lift to work on the outside of the windows July 30th. They will also be trimmed out at (on the inside) at the work party TBA. • There is a leak into the bike shop from the McGuire Hill Realty side (and under the front windows). This will be investigated and probably caulked in conjunction with the man-lift timing. • We will try to write another grant for the window work we want at the next grant writing season with King County Landmark Historical Society. We missed our time this year. 2. The downstairs tenant requested help with the lighting in her space. We have not yet committed to anything, but would like to see a written proposal. We are in general favor of assisting, but until we know exactly when and how much, we are not obligating ourselves to anything. • Second, the fan in the bathroom downstairs needs to be replaced. Unanimous assent to have her replace it and we will pay. 3. The urinal in the men’s room does not always stop flushing. We paid an extra $100 last month. (John Glazier repaired it.) 4. The fire escape is down (stairs touching the ground). We need to review its condition and possibly make the repairs necessary to make it function properly. (Do we do this when we have the man-lift?) 5. The next meeting is a work party July 11th at 6:30 pm. The next Temple Corp meeting is the 1st of August. CHIPS program is Aug 11th, 12th, and 13th.
