1.    Our Neon sign has been repaired at a cost of $652.00

 

2.    Tenant downstairs is asking about replacing lights to make it brighter. Mark will ask her for a long range plan and estimate of cost. When we receive that plan we will discuss who pays for what and how much and if it can be done in stages. The leaking problem is probably coming from the next door roof. We are aware of the problem and will investigate further.  

 

3.    Ernie Jenner and John Glazier are co-ordinating getting a scissor lift to inspect and repair if possible outside of windows on the North wall. Tentative date is in July. Respectfully, Ronald Woods, Secretary
